Notable: American Revolutionary War Soldier
(19th century lithograph of General George Washington and the Marquis de Lafayette surveying troops camped at Valley Forge, PA in the winter of 1777-78. John Buss volunteered to serve at age 19 and spent the terrible winter there along with his brother Samuel.
